Geography/Atlas

Students will be using atlas workbooks and maps to study the geography of all seven continents.  It will be an exciting year-long task for students to study the climate, physical features,  natural resources, industries,  population, and political aspects of different countries around  the world!

In order to study latitude and longitude, students will learn the basics of GPS and will have the opportunity to use GPS units to play Geocaching games as a type of “geography treasure hunt”!
